Full day on zoom can be a bit tiring although there were enough breaks To have a downloadable course material

It would be helpful if there were numbers on the slides so we could refer to "slide 24 or slide 189" etc.

Tech issues were a pain, lack of response from Trigraph was poor on these, some users constantly having trouble getting in, Not having chat rooms on day 1 is a basic a this stage and was disruptive. Trainer appeared weary at times and could've drawn out more feedback, While I would recommend this training I'm not sure I'd recommend Trigraph or the trainer.
