Very good, this is the second time I have done the course and it was a great refresher. I am doing the train the trainer so it was good to do the course again to remind me how it feels as an attendee, as it is quite brain straining from the amount of 'super' concentration required.

Greg was really engaging and not boring at all. I learnt a lot from the course and really enjoyed it. There are a lot of mini tests/assessments.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I was very sceptical in the beginning as to 'how I could improve on accuracy' as after a while your eyes get tired and silly mistakes can be made. However from using the skills I learnt on the course last week I have already noticed a big change in how I do things and where I go wrong. Using the groups of 3 is really helping as I have long numbers and letters to remember I used try to memorise the whole thing rather than breaking it down and I would nearly always get them wrong.
