Very well presented!

I found the course very useful in terms of checking data, email I produce. I have learnt the causes of destruction and how to deal with them. The trainer was very knowledgeable and engaging. Excellent material provided.

It was very useful to be taught how to look for errors and also avoid making them in the future. I found it very interesting that you can simply change your mindset going into checking your own work that could possibly make you see errors that you wouldn’t have noticed before.

Malc was very good at leading the course and delivered everything clearly and concisely

I thought the course was really interesting. I really enjoyed learning tips in making your work more accurate, especially the grouping on threes technique. The tutor spoke clearly and was easy to understand.

Good overall and generally fun (Malc was good!!) but the sessions should have been more equally balanced - I.e. reduce the load on Day 2. Also, the number span exercises go on a bit too long and this can make your hand hurt. Maybe split up across pages and include a break.
