Generally works for all Good brain work out What is useful is that, as someone who does a lot of checking of others' work-there are tools to pass on rather than 'just be more accurate' 'check your work better.' From this, there are practical tips I can use myself and tell others about

I participated in this course many years ago whilst at Lafarge and really enjoyed it again this time round. Gregg is such a lovely person and makes you feel really calm and relaxed. He was very informative throughout the course and gave some really constructive feedback

Training was very good with a lot of different and engaging tasks. Furthermore breaks and ergobreaks were used at the right times so that i never felt tired or overworked
