Really enjoyed this course especially the exercise as there is no way to get training for cross examination so this was brilliant.

Geraint is an interesting person which made it easy to pay attention. There was a slight lack in structure with no PP etc. However, this is not neccessarily a negative point as most training is now deemed as 'death by PP' .Geraint was able to create a relaxed environment with audience participation, which made it helpful to retain the information. A summary at the end of training would have been great with reflection on the questions that were asked but I'm aware that time was not on our side due to starting the training late, which was no fault of Geraints. I look forward to the next session and hope that the training is offered to the wider workforce is due course.

First-class training from Kelly, our trainer, who demystified the subject and provided the knowledge, behaviours and skills required to act as a confident professional witness at court. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise!

Kelly was a brilliant trainer across the two days - great energy, engaging and really took the time to apply the learning to the various roles of those attending the course. I enjoyed the cross examining exercise at the end - excellent practice and good opportunity to observe in how to deal with difficult scenarios.

The course was delivered in an impeccable manner. I appreciated that we were not compelled to participate in role-playing activities.

Very good session that was well delivered for something that can be admittedly awkward and slightly embarrassing to do. I thought Steph really put everyone at ease and while she was very tough during the role play I don't consider this to be a negative in any way, it gave a sense of realism to what you might be up against and how important detail and preparation is.

This course was extremely useful as it is something that we have not learnt before but desperately needed to know about before having to give evidence. I liked the interactive format as I take more in and recall things better that way. I feel much better prepared for giving evidence in court after having attended this course, now I just need to improve my skills by putting what I have learnt into practice.

Brilliant course - the most engaging I've attended for some time. Really insightful not only professionally but personally too. Great methods for engaging with us as attendees and not intimidating or nerve wracking to speak up and ask questions. Brilliant - thank you.
