Understand and feel more comfortable about giving evidence having finished the course
Lots of interesting content covered that was presented in an interesting and engaging way. It was useful to complete tasks and put them into action. The trainer was on hand to facilitate any additional questions we had and was clearly very passionate and enthusiastic about the topic. They also made it clear which parts were applicable to my role.

I wish I had known that the statement I was asked to bring would be used I. Role play. My statement was done over 18 months ago and I hadn’t refreshed myself with the content so didn’t feel comfortable In putting myself forward for the role play
