Thank you. Enlightening. I am pleased I decided to do the witness 'role play'. Lots of hints and tips regarding the different styles of questioning and different purposes for types of questions. Also who to face when answering is a good thing to remember. We did not use the booklet materials sent for the course but I will keep and use in the future as relevant.

Very easy to follow. Geraint customised the session for us. We felt that we were able to steer throughout. It was very useful to hear of his past experiences in the situations that we were querying or interested in.

Although relevant, fire investigation is different to the majority of investigation subjects covered and not necessarily known by the trainer, leaving some guesswork to be undertaken especially when it comes to assessments and using a report/statement from area of work.

Very informative. Lots of discussion, examples, opportunities for questions. The role play to be under cross examination was particularly useful and gave me an insight into what to expect.
