An excellent course with an excellent trainer. Very relevant to my role and will help develop my performance in writing statements, reports and giving evidence.

I believe that the use of the case study using the use potential bag switch and identification of location and road maps really ate into the time. Also the need to read the case study prior to the course was key to prepare for the role play. This instruction was not relayed therefore ate into the course time to allow attendees to review and process. Other than that it was a great reality check to attendees who had not previously given evidence before and a great refresher and ups killing for those who had. Excellent course the delivery by Andria was exceptional.
