Kelly in particular was excellent, given the topic COULD be quite dry by its nature, she did an excellent job in keeping everyone engaged. She came across very friendly and approachable but also extremely knowledgeable. I learned a lot on this course.

Although a criminal Court appearance is unlikely in my current line of work, it is useful information and practice for giving evidence as an investigator at our independent judicial panel hearings. I found Kelly Thomas to be a very dynamic trainer - good and useful examples of how witnesses can be challenged in Court, how to best prepare to give evidence and practical matters prior to attending Court. I especially enjoyed the exercise at the end of the day - getting to practice cross-examination and being a witness under cross-examination. Well done.
