I think the course could be improved with videos showing good and bad technique when faced with different challenges on cross examination. The role playing is fine, but not everyone can participate. And model behaviour would be best demonstrated with examples that can be observed.

Structure was good and I found the role play really useful. I specifically like working through the examples as a god and learning from everyone

Good course - participant numbers probably need to be looked at to allow all to be cross-examined as par for the course
