Excellent course. I now feel competent and comfortable under cross-examination and feel that I would be able to deal with a range of questioning strategies including the more difficult sorts. Trainer highly knowledgeable and informative, pitched the training just right.

Overall interesting and very useful course to prepare for attending the tribunal to give evidence as a witness, especially around cross examination techniques used by lawyers and examples of ways to deal with difficult questions as a witness.

Good feedback. It would have been useful to have the report appraised prior to the sessions so any errors could be corrected prior to the cross examination.
