Very impressive - it was useful to see show COP 8/9 Caseworkers (Senior people) dealt with the demands of thinking "outside the box" of the material provided

Overall interesting and very useful course to prepare for attending the tribunal to give evidence as a witness, especially around cross examination techniques used by lawyers and examples of ways to deal with difficult questions as a witness.

Good feedback. It would have been useful to have the report appraised prior to the sessions so any errors could be corrected prior to the cross examination.

Brilliant course, the instructor (Rob Gray) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when questions were asked. It was a very good insight into how court would work if we were called up as an expert witness.
