excellent and very useful course

Whilst the most nerve wracking of the CUBS modules I found the cross-examination course very stimulating and helpful in improving my ability to give oral evidence. Fay was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable

All of the CUBS sessions have been excellent and I would highly recommend them. They are intense but they have left me feeling equipped to start my expert witness journey. I don't know how other EWs manage without it!! Yes it's expensive compared with others, but what you get it quality and experience

Nick Deal is a knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I must admit to being vaguely terrified as he took us through the ways in which the cross-examiner will attempt to undermine and lead you to their predetermined outcomes. However, following the training I feel much more confident about going into the witness box. Would highly recommend this course for those considering Expert Witness work. You will be fortunate if Nick is your trainer.
