Gerry is an excellent tutor with a great level of knowledge. He is very patient and understanding of different levels of candidate experience. I found the course to be very inciteful with a good mixture of auditor and auditee perspectives.
I enjoyed the course and found it very beneficial especially the practicable tasks. For an individual new to this it can be daunting but Gerry put everyone at their ease. Thanks Gerry.
