John Collins is a wealth of knowledge. I've worked in the construction for over 20 years and i one thing i always welcome is constructive feedback and John does this.
Good course for those intending to do internal audits or those managing ISO certification or systems in their organisation.

Course was clear, practical and relevant to real - world auditing. It strengthened my understanding on integrated audit process.
I found the course very interesting and found it a good level for those with minimal auditing experience (myself) and for those with more experience to refine their skills and knowledge. The way in which all 3 standards were looked at and used collectively was beneficial and helped to see the similarities that are between them, but also highlight specifics such as in 14001.
