The course was very good to go over the general information of the quality, environmental and health and safety standards.

Very informative information on the set up of an audit and steps to carry out the audit. I think the examples/exercises could be improved. Also the info initialy supplied was not correct, although it was sorted by the tutor. . This is important detail. I lost volume in the concluding section and did not hear some of the presentation.

over all enjoyed the course, the content was just about right for online delivery, any more in depth examples etc. would be better in a classroom environment in my opinion

The tutor is clearly knowledgeable amd experienced in auditing. This showed in explanations. The course itself was very slow and it would have been more helpful to spend more time on the auditing process rather than thr standard
