The sessions were very interactive, and the engagement from peers and Franscesca was fantastic. There were so many useful tips for practice, and lots of additional information to take away.
Excellent, insightful and comprehensive training
This is without doubt one of the best training i have attended in a very long time. The trainer was very knowledgeable, and it was delivered in such an effortless manner. I felt completely able to join in and contribute. The other participants made for a really pleasurable couple of days where i have certainly learned lots and refreshed about other aspects. thank you Francesca and the group.
Brilliant trainer, Meena is an excellent trainer.
It was lovely to have so many different professionals from all over the country, I was able to learn a lot from them as well as Meena. Meena was so knowledgeable and very easy to understand.
Best training I have done in a long time. Really enjoyed the course content and the different methods such as break out rooms and case studies to break it up and have professional discussion and learning. A really good lunch break and coffee breaks to enable to focus and learn. Great resources and copy of slides so I could focus on listening to the trainer. Excellent, thank you.
Good Day 1 was very interesting. There was so much to take in Day 2 was good. The afternoon session was narrowed to Corners Court and the preparation. It would have been beneficial to have had more discussion on the SAB/ Safeguarding Governance, Care Act, legal duties, Serious incident review, DHR report writing etc I also take this opportunity to thank Sue.
Great training from a very knowledgeable trainer. Great use of break out rooms
I enjoyed the training. I think it was very worthwhile and helpful to go through legislation. Although I utilise the legislation in my role, I will think more about which piece of legislation I am using specific to the cases I am supporting with. I will aim to document more, regarding which legislation is being utilised/referred to when writing patients records and supporting staff.
Really enjoyable training. Very in-depth and knowledgeable. Really helpful from a different perspective.
