Great training with an excellent trainer.

I found the trainer engaging and really knowledgeable. She struck an excellent balance maintaining authority, whilst remaining open to the opinions and experience of others. Really liked her!!!! The course material, while not new to me, served as a refresher on things I had leaned and now, to some extent take for granted, missing nuance. questions and discussion around "what is safeguarding " the 7 principles of the NHS constitution. All concepts that I'm familiar with but the nature of which can be lost in practice. I'm really glad I attended probably the best training of the year!

Overall, was a very enjoyable and informative course which wil enhance my current practice. Excellent and well organsied and enjoyed meeting Francesca with her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Lovely group of people on the course who were all very inspiring. Thank you very much. :)

Very thought through course!

I have thoroughly enjoyed these two days, everyone in a safeguarding role should complete this training.

Example coroner reports was a very useful exercise

I booked onto this course as I have worked in safeguarding for several years and needed training focused on safeguarding leadership, having recently taken on the Named Nurse role. However, the course was very basic and did not offer any leadership ideas or strategies. Instead, it largely covered safeguarding legislation, which I am already very familiar with. The trainer was very knowledgeable, and this is not a reflection on her performance.

An excellent course that was relevant to me and my role. The fact it was on teams allowed a broad range of people to attend from all over the country so it was interesting to get a lot of different viewpoints but also interesting that a lot of the things we come across are very similar no matter were you are situated in the country. I found the breakout rooms very useful.

Excellent trainer and I am sorry her internet connection went on the last day, that must have been very stressful.
