Excellent course. A bit more warning about content would of been useful for me as discussing suicide caught me off guard. I was also unable to notify the trainer individually so he had no idea why I wasn't being asked questions. Pleased the option was there though.

The course is very useful for applying in our daily nursing practice. By doing so, it allows us to maintain thorough documentation, which can serve as evidence for future reference if needed.

Please add some court or legal examples with nurses.

Excellent trainer who was friendly and professional and very helpful in answering questions!

Course was very well presented. Would have preferred it to be face to face as some tech issues. Would also have liked some more relevant issues to recording from therapist point of view but may need to ask more questions from our managers.
