The over-all training is very helpful and relevant to my scope of work as I deal with lots of email on a daily basis and I review different types of documents. We only had two sessions, but I learned a lot from both of it. Also, Greg was an excellent trainer. Thank you!

A great course with an excellent teacher in Greg. Maybe in the future more emphasis can be put on the theory rather than the individual tasks - may require an extra session.

I found the workshop useful. This is because while being encouraged to freely think, the tools we were shown will give me the ability to act effectively in my day to day role.
