I liked the way it was interactive throughout the morning and kept you busy as some training can be very long and tiring. The information made you think differently about things and how to look at your work in a different way and be more aware of what and how you are doing.

Very informative session

Interesting, think its good in theory, but in practice, we just don't print off letters and check them, they go out centrally overnight, so can't really be checked before issue every time. Similarly we have to multitask daily as we are so short staffed, so checklists, though great idea, would not work in practice at present in the office.

This has helped me to reflect on my own written work.
