It was confusing that the documents were UK based when we are US based

I thoroughly enjoyed the first session and found it very useful for my work as a legal associate.

The course has taught me a lot on how to reduce written errors. Some of the topics discussed I would not have even considered and it opened my eyes to how many potential errors could be made.

Learnt about different techniques to improve written communication. The trainer was amazing as he encouraged everyone to participate and engage and constantly apply what he was teaching to examples.

The course was good and useful to my role but think it could have been covered in less time

Good content, very interactive but could have been condensed into either two smaller sessions (2 hour per one) or one longer session.

I think the training could be condensed into a shorter programme, but it has been really enjoyable and interesting. Thank you.
