Our trainer was great and had a lot of useful information that will help me with my work

Interesting, think its good in theory, but in practice, we just don't print off letters and check them, they go out centrally overnight, so can't really be checked before issue every time. Similarly we have to multitask daily as we are so short staffed, so checklists, though great idea, would not work in practice at present in the office.

A great course with an excellent teacher in Greg. Maybe in the future more emphasis can be put on the theory rather than the individual tasks - may require an extra session.

I found the workshop useful. This is because while being encouraged to freely think, the tools we were shown will give me the ability to act effectively in my day to day role. It was relevant for my role and as someone who has been trying to improve my written communication, I found this very helpful.
