Very well constructed. I do feel it could be done on one day rather than two half days.

Great course especially like the checklist part and think that this could be very useful in many roles to have a checklist for certain tasks.

Fantastic course and host, really engaging and thorough. Adaptable to different scenarios so the host’s approach and methods for accuracy are tailored. Overall an excellent course and Trainer.

Accurate Written Communication is THE course to iron out habits that do not serve for accuracy and it’s a course that opens one mind to how to think differently about one’s day to day tasks and workload. If you’re a CEO / HR department considering The Accuracy People know that these guys will deliver real world applicable ideas and solutions to your employees which will serve not only in working life but in personal living as well. Highly recommend.

Karen was highly engaging throughout the course. The toolkit provided for follow-up, including resources like the ABC of email communication, offers excellent takeaways that I can apply to my day-to-day work.

When I was completing the second test, when I hovered my mouse over the boxes there would be a smiley face or not which would imply the answer was correct or not, I found this quite offputtingResponse : Hi Katie, Good spot - it made me double check and I can see what's happened here. If you hover over the 'Same' box then the symbol ': S' appears and when you hover over the 'Different' box then the symbol ': D' appears. These signify 'S' or 'D' for 'Same or Different' but now you mention it they can be read like emojis! I'm glad you pointed it out as it's the first time I've noticed it.
