A lot of information to take on and left feeling a bit worried but equally the offer of a follow up call is reassuring and containing
As usual, delivered by a very knowledgeable Tutor. Lots of interaction and chances to try out what we had learned. Tutor kept everyone engaged and intersted.
It's really difficult but I did feel under prepared for this session. To be fair, I didn't manage to do the EPA guide reading which would have helped. I don't have any other suggestions.

I have noticed your comment regarding the tablet and just thought i would respond, A lot of our learners use these as a reading tool for the Learning Platform whilst using their assignments on the laptop. Some also use them to get onto the workshops as some organisation firewalls block the workshops. If you like you can send the tablet back to us, thats no problem at all. Good size group, so main room and breakout rooms felt friendly Speed of training was about right - not too fast or slow Good exercises to encourage dialogue and thought about each topic
I enjoyed today, I feel I am learning theories and skills that are directly applicable to my coaching practice so it doesn't seem a chore. This is something I am interested in completing and look forward to the journey ahead. I also felt heard, the group discussions were excellent and everyone was respectful. Claire did very well enabling open, honest and free flowing discussions without running an autocratic workshop.
