Claire was great and nice to have a different trainer for a bit of variety. It felt as thought there was a lot of theory and sometimes would be good to get more of an understanding of how the trainer has maybe used these in real life examples. Theoretical examples are great but can sometimes be hard to put into practise.

I really enjoyed Stuart’s delivery style. He was very approachable and engaging and gave us all the opportunity to talk, as well as providing his own experiences for us to take learning from. This was an excellent session which Stuart delivered impressively. He has cemented my commitment and enthusiasm for completing the apprenticeship. He allowed and encouraged discussions which created lots of questions which helped understanding. His own experiences were vital in creating an inclusive and interactive day.
