Absolutely brilliant. I really enjoyed today and could have spent twice as long on these topics.
Genuinely thought this was one of the most interesting sessions so far. Very theory heavy, but the discussions Emma generated within the group were very interesting and valuable. The neuro-linguistic programming section and conscious vs subconscious mind was fascinating. Additionally, the entire session felt relaxed due to the friendly and welcoming nature of the host, Emma.
Really good. Powered through and good pace. There was a lot but the examples Jason gave really brought it to life so keeping focused wasn’t a problem
