Really great start of the course - Claire was lovely and thorough with her teachings. Really liked working in smaller groups to discuss questions and do activities as it allowed the session to feel more interactive and allowed everyone to get involved.
A great foundation for the rest of the course. A lot of information in a short period of time.
The day was very interactive and I gained a lot of clarity on the next steps to recruiting my coachees for my coaching log and observations.
Overall I found this session very helpful both in finishing off my last assignment, and preparing for my next, much bigger assignment. Overall I thought the material was better paced than usual: most of the other modules have been over-crammed with content.
Lots of information, all relevant and applicable for the next part of the course
Good mix of tutor engagement and peer interaction to practice. Sessions enjoyable and enlightening, and genuinely feel more qualified with knowledge and understanding of coaching following these. I feel an overview of the relating module on learning journey, and some pointers of which elements correlate and should be studied further would be useful. The workshops and associated learning journeys feel disjoined and not necessarily corresponding. Feel would compliment the workshop and add to learnings if there is more synergy between these. Likewise, the pre-course activity did not correspond to the workshop content

A great introduction to the day - it was nice to begin to meet my cohort and get to grips with the basics of the systems/course, and what I can expect on this journey! Helen was a breath of fresh air and was very welcoming! She made the time fly by and was very engaging and helpful - her passion and jokes really helped sell what could have been a very dry day of just learning systems and clicking bits! Really appreciated the attentiveness to the chat and questions also.
