Good size group, so main room and breakout rooms felt friendly Speed of training was about right - not too fast or slow Good exercises to encourage dialogue and thought about each topic

I enjoyed today, I feel I am learning theories and skills that are directly applicable to my coaching practice so it doesn't seem a chore. This is something I am interested in completing and look forward to the journey ahead. I also felt heard, the group discussions were excellent and everyone was respectful. Claire did very well enabling open, honest and free flowing discussions without running an autocratic workshop.
