Some clunky elements with being totally virtual. However good interaction from all participants meant some meaningful and useful interactions took place. Helen is an enthusiastic and engaging tutor. More time possibly could have been given for breakout discussions.

Overall a very good day, the trainer's knowledge and experience shone through and I also learnt from my colleagues experiences , which the trainer made room for throughout the day.

the content was good, and we were given ample time to practise and learn from colleagues. The content wasnt to 'heavy' either, i think the balance is about right.
