Helen was excellent, not only providing a sound overview of the platforms but tackling issues with the software and fielding multiple questions. Thank you!
It was a lot of information related to the different systems which was not interesting but really valuable as I have been on a course previously where there was no indication or support for using the system. Although it was a bit tedious I appreciate the opportunity to flag issues ahead of starting and to be ahead of problems submitting requirements.
Very enjoyable, it was interesting working with people from outside my local authority
It was once again a very interesting and informative session and I continue to learn more about the coaching process and increase my ownself-awareness.
Jason's attitude, input and experience were all excellent and his energy was infectious. Clear he loves the subject matter and has enjoyed being a coach
Thanks for accommodating us all and creating a safe space to learn
