Great session

Overall a very good day, the trainer's knowledge and experience shone through and I also learnt from my colleagues experiences , which the trainer made room for throughout the day.

Emma is an excellent trainer with strong enthusiasm for the subject, this made the workshop very interesting and engaging.

The first part was too repetitive of what has already been covered The opportunity to coach fully was great

The course was presented in an engaging way to an audience that hadn't all met each other before, which was impressive. This was demonstrated by good conversation throughout. The content itself was less useful to me - I think I'd seen a lot of the models before - so would rather have spent more time on the feedback section at the end, which eventually felt like a bit of an afterthought. However this is where the really impactful work was

I am very satisfied with the session on Module 1 and the fundaments of the inclusive coach.

Really interesting and engaging, great course content delivered in a brilliant way.

the content was good, and we were given ample time to practise and learn from colleagues. The content wasnt to 'heavy' either, i think the balance is about right.
