Technical problems meant the trainer was unable to share the slides as he went along which was frustrating for him and distracting for me, as i had to go between slides sent to me and the zoom site. Michael managed as best he could but this must have been very difficult for him too.

The material is gone through at a relatively quick pace, I feel it could be slowed down a bit.Response : Hi Jenny, Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
