great learning day all round and informative set of Models

Not practiced session 2 onwards coaching. This would be helpful

It was a very good practical day which helped build confidence when coaching

Loved it as usual. Such a welcome chance to reflect and learn.

Very useful as always, very helpful to summarise some key techniques for the first part of the session. There is so much information in this apprenticeship, it's good to have reminders and refreshers. the change to three coaching sessions so everyone could be coach, coachee and observer was really useful. The longer format helped to explore problems in more detail and think about timing in a more realistic fashion.

Really great start of the course - Claire was lovely and thorough with her teachings. Really liked working in smaller groups to discuss questions and do activities as it allowed the session to feel more interactive and allowed everyone to get involved.
