It was very profitable day in terms of understanding the role of a coach and mentor.
It was a good interactive session, it developed a lot of discussion.
I find the objectives Ie to do list after the session confusing Ie where to find things and what needs uploading etc. PS Sam has put me in the right direction and offered to give ongoing guidance, (Bless her) love the overall content.
A very enjoyable session, informative well structured and plenty to reflect on.
At times the session is too slow and subject conversations need to be pushed on quicker, this element I find really hard when I am an active learner. However some really good theories in there with a good balance of in the afternoon applying some practical.
I always enjoy these sessions, I learn so much through these sessions.
