Really interesting, and very helpful learning from Edel, a lady, thanks very much
It was a great learning experience, improved my risk based thinking ability.
The course was detailed and provided great coverage of HACCP. I feel confident in taking this knew knowledge and incorporating it into my work.
There were some parts of the handbook print out that weren't used. Maybe there should be a version to match the session plan? Having the session via zoom made the session a bit oddly paced with delays in answers.
Excellent delivery of a complex technical subject.
Very informative and interesting course. Tutor Edel, was very helpful and delivered the course very well.
