I found the level 5 course very informative. For someone who’s new to HACCP the course gave me a great understanding.
We hosted several onsite HACCP training sessions with Brian Robinson, and the delegate feedback has been outstanding. Brian skillfully balanced theory with practical application, using live examples from our own site's system to enhance learning. By making the interactive exercises highly relevant to their daily roles, he ensured every delegate left with concrete, actionable skills they could implement immediately. A truly fantastic and valuable experience.
