Tom was brilliant, very knowledgeable man in regards HACCP. Really liked practical examples he would give
The tutor was very clear and knowledgeable with a good ability to teach and engage.
Great course, good content, keeps you thinking
The tutor was great, she has extensive knowledge, could answer any questions asked, she was extremely friendly and welcoming and kept us on our toes by being so interactive.
I like the way how the course was done - slides content essential and rest was added by lector/teacher with examples to understand and easier to remember. All students were involved in workshops, there wasn't wrong answers. If student gave incorrect answer, the teacher has very good skills to show correct direction to correct answer. The lady Jones has great skills to teach about the subject, very good silks to solving problems with Power Point/iPad ect it looks very professional. Course for me was very valuable and content essential was easy for me to understood (English is not my native language) . Also lady Jones offered her help via e-mail if we will have questions with our Assessment Brief SQT. Thank Yo very much and I wish lady Jones best of luck.
The Tutor was excellent and the course was very well presented.
