Really good tutor, course was very interesting. All documents already in place in work but I now have a better understanding of them and how they were put together which makes them much less intimidating.

The course was very good. This was my first participation in HACCP training and I felt the Tutor made the course very relevant to our business. It helped that he knew our roles and was able to incorporate our daily duties in the course.
