Very well structured course. Excellent pacing and variation in terms of breaks, presentation sections and group activities. Trainer was very personable, engaging and excellent at getting everyone involved and providing constructive feedback, as well as communicating complex ideas in an articulate way. The final presentation activity was an excellent way to consolidate knowledge learnt.
