Investigative Interviewing reviews

4.9 (657 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Real-world expertise and practical interview practice are the course’s defining strengths. Attendees value trainers who explain complex legal and investigative interviewing principles clearly, use relatable anecdotes and adapt examples to different roles. Interactive role plays, scenarios, quizzes and group discussion help turn the PEACE model, questioning techniques and preparation into usable skills, leaving learners more confident at work. Some feel the packed timetable allows too little practice, particularly in role play.

Jim was grate at engaging the group and conveying the training in a relatable manner. He took us through the course at a appropriate pace, which allowed for good interaction and focussing on key parts relevant to our role, not just a generic template recited verbatim. First class

Excellent course and valuable for my role. Trainer, was engaging, welcoming and clearly a subject matter expert. Liked how he related it back to examples that we'd understand. Encouraging and gave useful and structured feedback.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and its contents will be extremely valuable to me. The acronyms for each stage of an investigative interview really help to remember the structure, and Jim - clearly an expert in this field - was a delight to listen to for 2 days.

I thought Jim was fantastic at delivering this course. It is rare that I feel engaged during a talk, let alone a two day course. I felt he was personable, knowledgeable and really thorough in all that he did. He always checked in with the group to ensure we were following. I genuinely enjoyed my time on the course, despite being extremely nervous coming into it. I would 100% recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyable course made even better by Jim's knowledge and ability to explain everything so clearly. Good pace and he regularly checked our understanding. This is my 3rd Bond Solon course and this is the one I have enjoyed the most. This will most definitely help me going forward with confidence in my ability to plan and undertake successful interviews.
