This was an excellent informative course, very well presented with so much useful information which I will be using day to day and going forward to improve our approach to this subject. I would be interested in any other training similar to this to improve my knowledge

The course was well structured, engaging and highly relevant to my role. The trainer was hugely experienced and illustrated the techniques with their knowledge. The pacing was excellent allowing for reflection on the topics and absorption of the techniques. It's been a great two days and I'll be applying the principles in my day-to-day work.

The course was well delivered and and Tim was very good in engaging people and also doing the roleplay. The course content was informative but possibly could have more clearer diagrams and a bit more explanation on how to probe and micro probe.

Great course instructor who was so interesting esp drawing on his personal experience. The course was interesting although probabaly not as relevant to my role as a complaints investigator.

This course was really enjoyable and didn't feel too much like learning. It was so helpful for me and my job role. Trainer was really engaging and funny. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this course. It come across how knowledgeable Jim is and I really learnt a lot I can take away and use in my role. I would have preferred some of the key slides to be left on screen whilst discussing them as I am a visual learner but I appreciate others learn in different ways so this may not have been suitable for them.
