The instructor was great, delivered the course really well, gave us the ability to pitch in and be open with questions.

We had a slightly shorter session today because of fewer attendees and I preferred this at 2.5 hours instead of 3 hours. Mike is a good presenter/coach - engaging and listens well, acknowledges what each participant says and gives good advice that has practical use.

Mike is an engaging and charismatic trainer.
