Good course and trainer

Could be completed in less time, some times the conversations seemed to go off topic

Great course, Craig was a really good trainer, I found the whole thing very useful, thank you

The instructor was great, delivered the course really well, gave us the ability to pitch in and be open with questions.

We had a slightly shorter session today because of fewer attendees and I preferred this at 2.5 hours instead of 3 hours. Mike is a good presenter/coach - engaging and listens well, acknowledges what each participant says and gives good advice that has practical use.

Mike is an engaging and charismatic trainer.
