A really excellent day's training. Plenty of positive and insightful discussion was encouraged and lots of really helpful tips and tricks which I will use going forward. I learnt lots of new things!

The day went quick because the facilitator was very engaging with all of us. He taught us in a very understanding way and was very informative and made us do tasks.
