Managing for the First Time (Private) Day 1 Reviews

Though only the first of two sessions, I’m already considering my interactions with my managee and jr team with more introspection. I’m looking forward to implementing new techniques and thoughtfulness immediately.

Really enjoyed the training today at Happy. It was interactive, collaborative and relevant. Suzi was a thoughtful and relatable person. Enjoyable and beneficial session.
