A really excellent day's training. Plenty of positive and insightful discussion was encouraged and lots of really helpful tips and tricks which I will use going forward. I learnt lots of new things!
Really interactive course with a clear agenda. Very actionable and enjoyable with clear outtakes from the session!
Good and engaging course that allowed me to look at bit only how I want to manage people but also how I am being managed.

The day went quick because the facilitator was very engaging with all of us. He taught us in a very understanding way and was very informative and made us do tasks.
Very positive session. Gave all a good understanding of the key themes to allow specific lessons to be learned on coaching etc.
Got a lot of feedback and engagement from the team.
