I enjoyed the training course again which gave me some good ideas of some things I can implement in my own training sessions I’ll be holding with new recruits so overall really enjoyable and useful.

Trainer was really good very clear on the agenda and what we were there for. Claire was very friendly and came across very well. Was really good to have a refresher on this course and it was kept interesting and not to long. Really enjoyed it thanks you
