The course was very engaging and informative. I enjoyed all the teaching and felt like I learned a lot. It was good to work alongside those from different sectors and hear how we all manage challenging behaviours and difficult conversations.

Good training, very enthusiastic trainer and lots of nice tips and tricks on how to deal with difficult people and difficult situations. Good involvement and participation from different agencies and work places provided alternatives and some good examples. Thank you.

Course was good. Trainer, Pauline was very nice and it was good to meet with a variety of workers and hear their experiences. I would definitely be interested in further training opportunities deliver by Pauline. Chris Guy
