Over all very good course. A lot of helpful information in really easy to digest form. Pauline is really good trainer with nice sense of humour.

Very enthusiastic trainer managed to get everyone involved in contributing to the training session. Managed to cover a lot in a very short time and will genuinely help me on some issues I am currently dealing with. I learned lots and have a few new ways of thinking about difficult situations.

A worthwhile course which was educational and thought provoking. Definitely one which can only be achieved through face to face instruction as opposed to attempting to run online.

Pauline was very enthusiastic and informative and this spilled over to everyone on the course who happily joined in with roleplaying tasks
