Lots of information to take in think it could be longer as when the penny properly drops there’s lots of questions no time to ask. Fascinating subject .

The training was delivered in a way that I understood. Andy was able to engage us all and allowed us to question our own practices . Thinking out of the box . The facilitator course was more in depth but very useful. I will take what I learned and put it into practice.
