Very interesting course, trainer was very knowledgeable, Will use all content of the course in my work practice
Really engaging and lots of communal chat with in the training session in regards to personal experiences with in our work settings. Really useful strategies and plans to implement with in our work setting, lots of very useful knowledge gained ! Amazing course !!

The training was delivered in a way that I understood. Andy was able to engage us all and allowed us to question our own practices . Thinking out of the box . The facilitator course was more in depth but very useful. I will take what I learned and put it into practice.
Really enjoyed this course found it very informative and has gave me a better understanding of pbs!
