I have attended two day training on same some years back. Good refresher re-assuring me I hade taken on board information from previous training with different agencies. Different presentation style but more or less same content. This style worked better for me as more engagement with fellow persons in group as opposed to PowerPoint information. Excellent and will be treasured Handbook

Thoroughly enjoyed the course! Would have liked more conversation/discussion surrounding mental health first aid with children with behavioural issues, such as Autism and learning difficulties. But overall enjoyed the course and the manuals provided. Thank you :)

A hard hitting course which is not going to be enjoyable whichever way you present it, due to the content. However it was delivered brilliantly by Gemma who was very thorough. I feel more confident dealing with young people with their mental health now and capable of having those difficult talks, now that I have the correct tools.
